How it starts
Our beds begin as a stack of high-quality 3/4 inch Thermally Fused Laminate. Prior to processing, each stack undergoes a thorough pre-inspection to identify and address any potential defects. This meticulous scrutiny ensures that only flawless materials are used in the manufacturing process, resulting in beds of exceptional quality.
Design
At Murphy Beds and Storage Solutions, we utilize advanced bSuite3 CAD software to design and manufacture your chosen Bed, Closet, or Storage Solution. This serves as the blueprint for our state-of-the-art machines, ensuring accurate cutting and drilling of each component. With our commitment to innovative design and manufacturing techniques, we deliver custom solutions that perfectly meet your specifications.
Edge Banding
Once the boards are cut to the desired dimensions, we proceed to edge band them. We take pride in using high-quality 1mm edge banding, which offers superior durability compared to the standard 0.2mm edge banding used by others. This thicker edge banding provides strength and longevity to our products, ensuring they withstand the test of time. Our commitment to using premium materials is a testament to our dedication to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and long-lasting furniture solutions.
Machining!
We utilize cutting-edge CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to precisely cut and drill each board. This enables us to achieve unparalleled accuracy and consistency in the manufacturing process. With their advanced technology and automation, we can efficiently transform raw materials into perfectly crafted components.
Drilling
After precise cutting and edge banding of each board, a final step remains a few precise drilling operations. These carefully executed drillings by our skilled craftsmen ensure the perfect alignment and structural integrity of the components. Cleaning
